Add attachments other than png

Thanks for the suggestion! We've talked about it but we weren't sure how many customers wanted this.

Mike Jennings: Understood, but is there a good reason for not letting us upload other formats? ;)
Mike Jennings
Philippe Stalla: Well, you know how these things go… there are technical considerations that are not immediately obvious that make it more complicated than it seems on the surface. Performance (upload, download and syncing), storage usage accounting, what happens when you "pin" the various filetypes, security considerations and so on.
All solvable problems, of course, but we need to figure out the development priorities. Your post (and its eventual upvotes) will help with that.

Mike Jennings: Thanks, so our current usecase is: client wants to upload a reference scene for animation.
Mike Jennings
Philippe Stalla: Understood. Does the client have privileges to upload new items to the Review itself? If the reference scene is in a supported format they can upload it then put a link to it in the comment. I know it's fiddly but it might do for the moment.

Philippe Stalla we support only specific formats for security purposes. Making sure that your data stays safe is an important pillar for our platform, so we vet new file types for potential of associated security risks. You are right that attachments should be safer than files that we need to process (videos/images etc) so this is a good suggestion to look at for us. Thank you for submitting!
