We work with external vendors, and need to keep their work in a separate project for IP security reasons, but that also means that we need to perform searches in each project separately to find all media related to a specific asset.
It would be great if we had a way to do searches that are project agnostic, so that we could find all media related to a specific asset, in all projects that the individual has access to.

Hi Steve,
we just released a new version of the search with a ton more functionality. You can now search across multiple projects, multiple words and you can customize the search results (show/hide columns, increase preview thumbnail, etc...)
Please give it a try and let us know what you think.

Our Enterprise-tier customers now have access to the Media tab, which searches across reviews. But it's still restricted to within the Project. I'll talk to the team about how that could be expanded.
