Master Playlists / Multi-playlists within one link

Master Playlist/Link that contain multiple playlists.
We are looking for a way to manage individual playlists but the UI displays them all within one Master Link. Similar to groupings and folders but with more control and use of the features you get within playlists.
We are finding our team wants to hold all reviews/dailies within one Master Playlist for the below reasons:
- quickly reference previous notes / versions
- always have reference files available
- organize by days
- Share one master link for each step vs. daily links (simplifying communication)
This workflow has become overwhelming as it is causing the following issues:
- unable to archive folders/files within the playlist
- massive lagging when playlist contain too many files
- dragging files/groups into order so groups are organized by date is cumbersome.
- adding new files to the playlist (default to 'default section' and need to organize into "dated folder" is tough on the fly)
- disables the use of Shotgrid/Flow integration.
Something like this would be so incredible helpful!

We've had similar issues and have tried restructuring how we organize reviews. Maybe some of this helps in the meantime.
We started making a separate review for each individual asset. Assets are grouped together into batches using labels. Then, inside of reviews we use a different section for each clip/shot and all the revisions for that clip/shot go in that section so they can be quickly compared.
Doing it this way means there are a lot of reviews but it keeps the volume of items in a single review fairly manageable.
(Label) <Batch #> - groups all assets under their corresponding batch
-----(Review) <Asset Name>
----------(Section) <Clip/Shot 1 Name> - no section needed if it's only one clip/shot.
---------------(Pass Card) <1st/2nd/3rd/etc. Pass> - This way all the versions of a clip/shot are grouped together but separated by title cards that note which version
----------(Section) <Clip/Shot 2 Name>
---------------(Pass Card) <1st/2nd/3rd/etc. Pass>
----------(Section) <Clip/Shot 3 Name>
---------------(Pass Card) <1st/2nd/3rd/etc. Pass>
