Sync'ing notes to SG Email Summary

Hi There, I'm working with SG as a VFX Production working with several vendors. As part of our contract with the vendors we need a paper trail of the notes being date stamped in an email to them. When notes are sync'd back to shotgrid this doesn't happen so our coordinators need to go through and publish annotations and notes into SG direct without utilising the syncback feature. Is there anyways we can have the body of the note in an email notification and a summary of all notes from a call per artist(vendor) emailed to them and VFX Production at the end of a review? Best,

I should point out that in the meantime the "Download Notes as CSV" feature, available from the Project Overview in the Review's header bar, will get your coordinators a good part of the way there.

Thanks, Fiona – these are great suggestions. We've had several requests around syncing notes back to ShotGrid; I'll add these to the system we use for shaping our development efforts.
