SyncSketch User Feedback

Hello, in long shots the frames are squezzed on timeline in very dense bars, which makes them very hard to select or even scrub through to analize given part of animation. It would be awesome to zoom in timeline, or select given range similarly as in maya to make frames bigger visually on timeline

Sometimes the clip is longer than usual. And notes can make the timeline crowded. I’ve been missing for a while now a way to zoom in the timeline (like all 3d or 2d softwares have) and view the frames just overall better and easier without squinting my eyes.

Please can you make it possible to import an EDL to syncsketch (as they automatically mark up the shots) AND have it where you can bookmark the sequence on one playlist and when the sequence is added to another playlist, to have the bookmarks transferred to that new playlist?

I have started using Opera, as Chrome was causing me a lot of headaches. So far everything seems to function pretty well with the reviews, however I noticed that I cannot play or view multiple versions grouped together in a sequence. Hoping to get added support for these sort of functions

I’ve only used syncsketch on my computer and my phone, and finally decided to use it on my iPad. But when I went to sign in through google, it didn’t give me the option to choose my email, and it auto chooses a new email that is not the account I use. If there could be an option to let me choose my email that would be great!

Ability to skip 10 frames (like holding shift+arrows)

We have encountered a problem selecting shots and play them in context. After doing this with ctrl + space, we see that there is a pause between every shot, is there any way to fix this? Thank you

i'm already very satisfied with my customer experience in Syncsketch but an idea that could potentially bring more to the platform just came into my mind. There's an option made to Download the video sketches from Syncsketch, it would be very interesting to expand this option to the frames only/the part that we setted in a range, so that way, only the setted part will be downloaded with sketches made inside Syncsketch included. It could be interesting especially when a big video has been added to Syncsketch and we ended up just putting notes on a limited part of that video only. The guides are all white right now, which is not visible on a white background, (especially if tracing paper is also on). Guides should have color options like the ghosting

Since the brush and tool interface was updated, the Eraser on my Wacom stylus no longer works as the Eraser tool. This used to work fine before the interface was updated, but now It's quite annoying to have to activate the eraser tool every time I need to erase, when I should be able to simply flip the pen like before. I would consider this a high priority bug fix, if at all possible. Thanks!
