SyncSketch User Feedback

Please release a native desktop client. I don’t know what servers you’re using, but I’ve already watched a 4K TED Talk on YouTube while the clip I uploaded still hasn’t loaded—not even the first frame. Sometimes it does load, but after only a short while it gets stuck on “refreshing.” The amount of time this wastes is measured in hours. I genuinely don’t understand why your service has to exist only in a web-based form. It is seriously delaying project progress.

Hey - we are considering switching to a different software because we're not able to gamma up/adjust exposure levels. We'd love to stay with SyncSketch - it there any ETC to this feature being added? According to this feature board it was on the roadmap back in 2021.... Thanks, Sarah

I think it would be helpful to have some ui changes to better show when you are synced or not. Maybe the border of the screen could go from red to green or something? Right now it is easy to accidentally scrub the timeline during a meeting and move it for everybody when you thought you were unsynced.

ability to add multiple different tags on a playlist, and been able to filter them later on. thanks ( right now groups does not allow this. )

The guides are all white right now, which is not visible on a white background, (especially if tracing paper is also on). Guides should have color options like the ghosting

I’ve only used syncsketch on my computer and my phone, and finally decided to use it on my iPad. But when I went to sign in through google, it didn’t give me the option to choose my email, and it auto chooses a new email that is not the account I use. If there could be an option to let me choose my email that would be great!

I like that we can set up bookmarks and filter by status. However it doesnt seem like we can do a live sync from that playlist. My goal is for the supervisor to be able to create a playlist of all media with status "for review" and be able to do a live sync with the team here.

Hello, in long shots the frames are squezzed on timeline in very dense bars, which makes them very hard to select or even scrub through to analize given part of animation. It would be awesome to zoom in timeline, or select given range similarly as in maya to make frames bigger visually on timeline

I love that we can use the bracket keys to increase/decrease brush and eraser size like in photoshop. But they stop working at size 4 for the brush! I've tried it in both Chrome and Safari and it's the same in both browsers. A small irk, but thought I'd request! Thank you!

Allow Custom Approval Statuses beyond Approved/Reviewed/In Progress/On Hold... just being able to pick a custom status color would be very helpful to denote specific things in our pipeline.
