Custom Approval Statuses

Allow Custom Approval Statuses beyond Approved/Reviewed/In Progress/On Hold... just being able to pick a custom status color would be very helpful to denote specific things in our pipeline.

Read and Set In/Out points from Shotgrid

We'd like the ability for in and out points for clips from Shotgrid and have these automatically set. Retain in/outs when switching between clips (separate ticket) Reading that data from Shotgun and automatically set it.
